“Information and Communication Technologies” Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) refer to the networking components, applications, systems and all devices that allow people and organizations to interact in the digital world. People use ICT in their everyday lives, but the ones that use them the most are companies, schools and organizations, because they need them to communicate with the world, not only because they need them to communicate, but also because ICT have a great impact socially and economically. Institutions agree that the ones without ICT are left out of the multiple opportunities and benefits that come with it.
